Marina & the Diamonds' Behind the Scenes Footage from the Oh No! Video Shoot

I promised myself I was going to chill on the Marina & the Diamonds' coverage until the lovely-voiced lass went and did something new and exciting that warranted my ramblings, raves and rants. While this bit of news ain't quite so "wowee zowee", it is pretty awesome to take a peek behind the scenes on the set of her newest video for Oh No!

In the below clip, we learn the following:

The video for Oh No! was directed by Kinga Burza. Marina notes influences of 1990s cartoons and the old "zany neon" MTV graphics. Burza said the concept of the video steams from the lyrics of the song which reference being obsessed with consumerism, success, money and fame. David Leighton choreographed the video and described the routine as quirky and "very bubblegum pop".

Oh No? Oh Yes! Chew on that.

The official video is out next week, but the single won't hit stores until August 2. Pre-orders happen right here.

M.I.A. Covers Complex (behind the shoot video)

Just in time for her upcoming new album, M.I.A. graces the cover of Complex and she's looking ever the bit stunning doing so. Back in action after the birth of her son, a new album-and the same revolutionary attitude all in store, Maya is fresh off hiatus and the wifey supreme finally returns the mag's call.

In the article, she talks about her son, her grandparents, her hatred of Google, her digital civilization and more. You can read the piece in its entirety here

Robyn - Dancing On My Own (video to debut tomorrow and behind the scenes clip!)

"It's about being sad...on a dancefloor." Aligned with every sentiment that we've had in regards to Robyn's Dancing On My Own, the Swedish star drums up her energies to dance out the tears in her new video for the single. The full clip will be revealed tomorrow, but in the meantime, she's dropped a teaser of behind-the-scenes footage from the video shoot, and it's on repeat here like I have nothing better to do today.

Directed by Max Vitali, who was responsible for one of the Be Mine! videos, and choreographed by Decida, Dancing On My Own paints a stunning portrait of the singer as she is "pissed off and dancing..."

Try not to be mesmerized. Robyn looks stunning and I am anxious to see the entire video. UPDATE: pay close attention to the 2:00 minute mark when Robyn is talking straight into the camera. She's rocking my signature "safety pins as earrings" look!

Peaches - Relax (behind the scenes video!)

I love me some behind-the-scenes exclusives. It's like jumping into the brains of artists and directors for a sneak peek glimpse into what goes on during the making of music, videos and the like.

Last week, I debuted Peaches' new-ish video for Relax, yet another stunning cut from 5th studio album, I Feel Cream. Seriously, this album will never die, and I love that fact!

I say it's a "new-ish" vid, simply because even though it is the latest visual to be released, it was filmed nearly 2 years ago! So what was Peaches and her crew up to during the making of the video back in 2008? Check out the behind the scenes footage now!
