In memoriam and celebration of the distinguished life and career of J Dilla, Stussy has collaborated on a multimedia platform of excellence to honor the the legendary emcee and producer.
The first of three short documentaries on the late J Dilla traces the producer's early ascent with interviews from those key to his career, including Peanut Butter Wolf and Egon from Stones Throw Records, J.Rocc and DJ Rhettmatic of the World Famous Beat Junkies and Irish emigre photographer B+.
This documentary is essential viewing for anyone with even a passing interest in hip-hop.
