I love when my musically-rad pals join forces for some beastly badassery. The Knocks' Make It Better has already made it's way to eclipsing a number of great songs on my high-ranking playlist, but now that the single is officially out today, a mega huge remix package exists alongside the stellar original...and we get to join in the fun.

 

 

As mentioned, the single sees a proper release today, and I couldn't be more psyched to wrap my ears around each of the subsequent mixes. But we're gonna focus on just one...and that comes courtesy of our buddy Rich aka Good Goose of the insanely talented NYC-trio, Menya!

 

Having already proved his chops with his original productions, along with a rad as ish remix for fellow Beaston-faves, MEN, the Goosed gent twirls his magic wand and ta-dah...we have a jukin', jammin' mix of the single.

Here'a a "just because" post for you. Just because we're used to hearing our pals Menya sing and rap about "eating someone's cheesesteak" and being "down to f**k", doesn't mean that they can't get all gushy and sappy and crank out a simply sweet video and cover song.

 

  

Here, the trio of Coco Dame, Angie Ripe and Good Goose do a little Supremes with their take on You Can't Hurry Love.

Never in my blogging-life did I think I'd get to the point where I'd post anything about midget-man Justin Bieber and the international craze and swarm he starts simply by mentioning his name. Alas, leave it to our pals, Menya, to bring it full circle and make a cover flip that's got us dancing and grinning like none other.

 

In honor of the recently-passed lover's holiday, the NYC trip gifted a new cover flip upon many a wanting ear. Wrangling Bieber's top-40 track, Baby, the kids decided to "filth" it up a bit and change the tune to imply and demand "Let's make some babies...I just wanna bump and grind..."

We're in 100% support of this catchy and addictive flip and fix! You can also watch the coinciding video for the song below.
