Ladytron - Ace Of Hz (Punks Jump Up Remix)

Kewl... this r00lz! AOL-speak aside, our buddies named Punks Jump Up churn out yet another fantastic fix of a song we already like a lot. This time, they run their magic mitts all over the newest Ladytron single, Ace of Hz, which is official out tomorrow, January 11, and will see Tiesto and NYCPARTYINFO (Steven Bloodbath and Louisahh's collaborative project) also giving you the good stuff.

Ladytron's Ace of Hz EP can be purchased here tomorrow. No pre-orders. Weird, but whatever.

PS: It should also be noted that Ladytron will be releasing their Best Of compilation in March and are also currently recording their as-yet-untitled fifth studio album. Beastly!

Crystal Castles - Baptism (Punks Jump Up Remix)

As much as I love the original arrangement of Crystal Castles' Baptism, my feet love Punks Jump Up's remix of the cut all that much more. Without deviating too far from that choppy pre-chorus vibe, the London lads still manage to insert their signature funk and cowbell style of fixin' 'er up.

I can so picture Alice Glass doing the hustle to this, right?

Kele's Releasing Everything You Wanted as Next Single, and the Remixes are Ace

Just as that title expresses, Kele has marked his next single, and it's Everything You Wanted, from his fantastic debut album, The Boxer. The song follows Tenderoni, the first official single, and Rise and Walk Tall, two promotional outputs, as the singer's further foray into his solo career.

Everything You Wanted will see a proper release on August 16. In addition to the spectacular original cut, mixes come from some of the biggest names in the land of fixes including: RAC, Punks Jump Up, Fred Falke, Disco of Doom, DJ Mujava, Kutz and Max Tundra. So huge!

To celebrate, I'm hitting you with the Punks Jump Up mix, and you can grab a zip of the RAC, Disco of Doom and DJ Mujava edits here.

Metallica and Black Sabbath are teaming up for a special one-off joint release. The rock legends are both contributing a track to a 12-inch vinyl single which will be limited to just 1000 copies to celebrate Record Store Day on April 17. The release features the UNKLE remix of Metallica's Frantic and a version of Black Sabbath's Paranoid with alternative lyrics. More details here.

Speaking of UNKLE, the band's fourth proper album, Where Did The Night Fall, is now available for pre-order via online stores. Get your "buy fingers" ready and head over here.

London's Punks Jump Up are some of our favorite badass knob twiddlers, and they get even beastlier by giving away their March Mix for free. This is the first in a new series of DJ mixes from the dudes. Watch out for upcoming installments, which will include more brand new PJU remixes of artists such as Miami Horror and We Have Band. Download the mix here and a track below that they feature in the full onslaught.
