Follow @BBRENMAR on Twitter and when he hits 4,000 followers, he'll give this out as a free download. Well fancy that, we are almost at 4k twitta pals too. So you're free to follow along with the radness too.
The 2 Bears' new single Work will be available on iTunes on November 19 with their forthcoming debut full-length, Be Strong, due out on January 30, 2012 via Southern Fried Records. Here's the single. Amazingness personified.
Confession: I've always held a burning hatred for bologna and hot dogs; those "never not natural" circular slab of pink icky-ness. Why must I admit such a fact? Well, inspiration from a heavyweight snack that Mason ate whilst on tour recently led them to create a video that coincides with the sounds of Le Big Bob, a tune packed with cholesterol and heart attack-inducing musical obesity. So aside from the pork products peeking up, I fully endorse this yummy clip and cut.
Mason's Le Big Bob is out November 14 via Beatport with official fixes coming from Inflagranti, Disco Of Doom, Luke Walker and the standard "Refurb" from the boys themselves.
Modular's latest in all things house and haute, Beni bursts forth with a sneak peak preview of his debut album, due out October 11 here in the States. Having already heard the tracks It's a Bubble and Someone Just Like You, House of Beni rounds out with 8 more rad records to add to your repertoire. We'd suggest specific ones for you to listen and love up on, but we barely make it past opening cut, Sway (featuring vocals from Nomi Ruiz of Jessica 6), before we're already hitting repeat.
Current contender for most beastliest rad rad song of the year gets remixed, officially, by four heavyweights making a staunch case for "oh, ok now this is the fix of the past 12 months" notoriety.
The Golden Filter team up with Norwegian director Kristoffer Borgli for a short film titled S Y N D R O M E S, which tells the story of “a young girl with mysterious talents that finds herself unwillingly entwined in an elite underworld that only the ailing wealthy are ever aware of.” Into it.
S Y N D R O M E S is out on October 10 via the duo’s own label Perfectly Isolated; pre-order it here and then watch the trailer type video clip thing thang below. After that, stream up on the first cut, Mother.
While you're all busy losing yer s**t to U-Tern and Oligee, nay, Oliver's notably rad remix of Sneaky Sound System's Big...
... I'll be sitting in the corner on the other side of the room, loving up on Etienne Ozborne's deep dish fix of the same single. The build up is 2 minutes and 30 seconds long of awesome. Aussies, you may snag the original, here.
Slayed. That's what we are this morning. There is no other solo artist right now who tickles our waiting fancy more than that of mysterioso Londoner, Tyson. Today, we've got his news single and video, and news of who to expect on the remix tip. Massive radness after the image.
After You're Gone sounds eerily similar to most of the singer's small catalogue of cuts, but it's emphatically dramatic on slowed down vocals and tempo alike. HBFlikens the sound to Chromeo meeting Seal, but we'll stick with our initial guts and make yet again the case for a Billy-Branigan offspring.
The video is below and Dazed informs us that Joe Goddard, Legowelt and Solo will all join in on the official fixes. For now, you can grab the single as such here.
If you've ever thought to yourself, "Man, what I'd really love to do right now... is the hustle. But I'd appreciate some new radly awesome song to do that very disco dance to", then my dear beasts, boys and girls, you are in luck. Drop Out Orchestra, making 'dem bell bottomed-bootys bounce today!
Sydney duo Flight Facilities' brand new single, Foreign Language (ft. Jess), is out now on iTunes through Future Classic. FF's very first solo track, Crave You feat. Giselle took everyone by surprise; 2 Sydney DJ / producers that cut their teeth with cult party remixes, created what became arguably one of the best pop cuts of 2010 and we think it's pretty safe to say that this newb has all the right ingredients for another timeless summer anthem. And it already has a bootleg roller rink video!
Buy it here. Listen to the Drop Out Orchesta remix below and just bask in the rad.
(PS: the single/remix EP comes with new Flight Facilities' song, Feelin' You, and an accompanying Jonny Pow! fix which you can stream here.)
Sometimes, when my brother gets really excited, he expresses that in his tweets and writings, by simply "keysmashing" the letters on his computer or mobile device. Taking cue from him: DHN3O KJ;;cdw23ciDSDa7egbdsdGSDGV, or in human-speak,"Noble beasts, thineself requests your ears to feast upon the self-titled offering from sirs Azari & III, applicably available to stream whenceforth as below."SO RAD.
